A Warm Welcome Amidst Stormy Weather!
Despite storm Babet's arrival, my upgraded room offered comfort and cleanliness. Staff members Charlotte and Calynn made my stay outstanding, ensuring my meal was ready upon arrival. For future guests, consider asking for an upgraded room and enjoy the attentive service!

Our family had a fantastic stay with a cozy queen room that had a wonderful view and the kids loved the fun games in the lobby. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The shower water pressure left a bit to be desired, but honestly, that's just nitpicking. 😊

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view over the racecourse. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. However, the shower could have been cleaner, which affected my overall experience. It would have been nice to have more accessibility features in public areas, especially for older guests.

I found the hotel modern and clean, with a fantastic view of the racecourse from my room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a decent range of hot and cold choices. The staff were friendly and made my mornings enjoyable. My room was spacious and very comfortable, but parking cost an extra £5 per day, which felt a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The heating system in my room was noisy throughout the night, making sleep a bit tricky. the atmosphere was pleasant, but a more accommodating approach regarding room upgrades would have been a nice touch to enhance the experience. I would still recommend this place for its great location and decent facilities.
